Filming the Show

I woke up Sunday 26 to find the newspaper covered with photos of the coming Baf week. It was highly inconvenient because I had thought on filming some shows but there was nothing planned. Not being the first  time I had to work under pressure, by noon I was going crazy organizing which day, which show to go and how to film it.  So today I went to the Prune’s and Fabian Zitta’s fashion show’s. It was really hard to get good shots and disappointing in some way. I had thought I would get the perfect views and the perfect angles. You couldn’t film the model from the front because that’s where the press was. I think it taught me to be more realistic, how to improvise and use possibilities I get.

First Entry- Main Idea

My idea for the project is to dig deep into what are the different faces of fashion. I started with thinking I wanted to film a fashion show. It then developed looking behind backstage and then to the main idea. I have an aunt who worked in the fashion industry and could give me an interview and pull some connections with current designers.
